We had a great time catering at The Wagga Gold Cup in 2024. We were in the Tanqueray Gin cocktail lounge.

We were invited out to Kimo Estate for a Gundagai Lamb showcase dinner. We were given some awesome cuts of their delicious lamb to create some menu items. Thanks for having us.

We were invited back to the Murrumbidgee Turf Club to cater for the Ruby Tuesday Cocktail Lounge. This was the place to be on course for the 150th running of the Wagga Gold Cup.

Was great to be back for such a great event.

A delicious lunch of native Australian flavours to open the new Museum of the Riverina. Kangaroo, wattle seed, Salt Bush dukkah chicken. So yum!

Today we catered the opening of the RiFL rail hub at bomen. This is going to create so many opportunities for our community. Thanks to Wagga Wagga City Council for engaging us to cater.

We used local and Australian ingredients to create a menu to showcase exactly what we can do in our region.

Here’s some of the canapés served

-Tumut River Trout blinis
-Millawa Blue Cheese and sweet caramalised onion tart
-Grilled kangaroo fillet crostini with balsamic relish
-lamb, mint and pepper berry meatballs
-lemon curd and wattle seed tart
-Murray river sea salted caramel tart
-lemon myrtle pavlova

We were invited over toKimo Estate’s Grain Shed to showcase Gundagai Lamb for a cocktail evening to launch the new season lamb.

Using their lamb we produced
-Sweet Coconut Curry Lamb
-Sweet/Spicey/Sticky Lamb Ribs
-French Trimmed Lamb Cutlets

The lamb was great to work with and had amazing flavour. Next time your at your local butcher as if it Gundagai lamb. You won’t be disappointed.
