Prickly Lizard is an Aboriginal owned and operated Catering Business. Our services include catering, mobile coffee van, mobile bbq trailer and food van.

Our catering menu is native inspired and we can do private functions or business events.

Did you know we run the Greyhounds Canteen every Friday night. Wagga Greyhound Club has its biggest race night tomorrow night with The Ladbrokes Bidgee Cup. Gates and Canteen both open from 6pm, with the last race at 11pm.
Our summer specials will be starting tomorrow night. Come see us at the Canteen for our full menu.

APPRECIATION POST 🫶🏽🌟 🫶🏽 🌟 🫶🏽

On the weekend Ange and I took the little red coffee van 🚐 ☕️ to the Amy Hurd Early Learning Centre Mothers Day Fete and we had the pleasure of meeting a group of respectful, hardworking, polite and inspirational young leaders from the local Army Indigenous Development Program (AIDP)
These young leaders worked tirelessly all day helping the organisers, stallholders and made many little kids very happy including my 4 year old son! They are such inspirations to us all and are such amazing role models for young people from not only their home communities but all young Aboriginal kids! The team running the AIDP are doing an amazing job!

The recruits made the day even more special and what a way to give back to the Wagga community by supporting such a great cause! No task was too much especially when coffees and muffins were on offer!

If any mob are in the Benalla area tomorrow, come see our latest edition to the fleet… Our bbq trailer. Just nobody tell Rosie I’ve added another one 😆. It will be grilling up some emu steak sandwiches & kangaroo burgers 🤤.
We will also have our coffee van on site, selling hot & cold beverages.

The prickly lizard team will be out & about this Easter long weekend 😊.

*Our first stop will be back in our home town at The Shady Gum Nursery Good Friday markets. Come see “the red van” for your caffeine fix while you walk around & do some shopping. Or while listening to some music with family & friends.

*Then on Saturday “sistas burgers” food caravan will be in Griffith for Blood, Sweat and Beers . Cooking up our yummy burgers, or an emu steak sandwich with a wattle seed sauce, Add a side or chips and a nice cold slushy. You can’t go wrong with that meal deal!

*Then to finish it off, come see us at the Wagga Greyhound . First race at 11.30am, bring the whole family & enjoy some dog races.

We’ve had the food van out the last 2 weekends, it now time for the red coffee van to get out in the community.
Come find us this Sunday at River & Wren Markets from 10am.
We’ll have our wattle seed muffins and mini pizzas available as well as all your hot and cold beverages!

Find us this Saturday 12-4pm at Wagga Wagga Rotaract Club, BIG PICNIC!. Serving up our crowd pleaser burgers, there’s 4 different ones to choose from! Try a different sort of steak sandwich… our “EMU STEAK SANDWICH” with a wattle seed sauce on fresh bakery bread!
Then to cool you down, we’ll have the slushie machine going.
Family friendly free event at Wagga Beach, see you all then!
