We had a great weekend competing in the Adelong Meat Up BBQ Competition with some amazing results for the Smoking Butcher Team
1st place for Lamb
1st place for Brisket
Grand Champion
With my kids as my sidekicks/help we had a ball competing against some great people.

So I bought these Fire Slap heat resistant gloves 7 years ago and I use them at every job I have done since.
My firebox handle get hot so I use them for opening firebox, loading and moving firewood for the smoker at every event.
They are looking well loved but still have many years left in them.
