I make & Colour the sugar all by hand. We use top quality sugar & you can see the difference between our quality of sugar & other suppliers sugar just by photos. We use a machine that makes fairy floss next level good.

Hi all just to let you all no I was trusting in allowing someone to help with parties when I couldn’t & once added as a admin I realised she put she was the new owner of the business this is not the case miss communication & it has now been sorted and she is no longer admin. So please ignore the contact number that was uploaded on our page as she is connected to another business who is running there own party business and defiantly not making it easy on us with just about there business and trying to take our business. We are a family run business and we are not connected to any other business we are the only ones you should be booking through not any other number or name that claims to be our sister company.

Everyone who has recently booked and all future bookings are safe and we will be making your special day a day with amazing memories.

We will be limiting our bookings and we have someone who has access to my account who is someone I trust who will be taking inquiries & doing bookings for us when we can’t so there will always be someone available to talk. Hi all due to family commitments & other little hiccups we are not taking or very limited to taking on any more bookings this side of the year. For anyone who has there events already booked we have made all arrangements required to keep your bookings in place. We had to cancel a few with Huge regret over the last week as it was out of our control & deeply sorry to events that we couldn’t proceed with. As a solo business & no partner groups we have over the year since starting let a few bookings down & not being a large business it is hard to have to do that to families etc as it’s there special days that we let down. We have decided to cut back on future bookings & only doing very minimal to be able to ensure everyone’s bookings are solid & also to the highest of expectations of the events. With running a business & a family & balancing out the work to not become exhausted & for it not to take a toll on our health as a family is what we will be focusing on. We believe this gives us the best opportunity to make sure the events we do except and book in are going to be events that are very memorable & full of fun happiness & excellent experience. Over the year we have been also dealing with bookings that where not 100% set out to be for the right reasons & this also took us on a worldwind of harder challenges to get through those & continue with the honest bookings the day after etc.

when starting this business it was the idea from my 11year old which started over Covid & was a little fun thing for us to do as a family but then we become bigger in a very short period of time. Our aim was to be able to allow families to have all the fun things for there children’s parties that normaly would become out of reach for many with the equipment hire etc being alone $200 to hire out just 1 thing. We where happy to do big packages & see kids having a good time & not profit much at all. In any cases when we really worked it out we could be working on a Sat with travel fuel costs hours away etc for if we worked it out $12 a hour? But we still did this as we got to work as a family teach our children some work ethic & be around wonderful families & apart of there special days.
But with these prices also caused unhappy other business operators in same kind of industries weather it be entertaining or Hiring out floss machines jumping castles etc to do things to our business which took a toll on us also.
Which brings us to the decision to continue to do what we set out to do to cut back so it’s within our means & to not allow the bullying to continue.
Everyone on this page should be genuine followers that’s why I am writing what I am writing. Anyone on this page who is here to cause Grief to us I ask you politely to please focus on your business & families & grow your business to a point where you don’t have the time or energy to waist on our business. Like we have no time worrying about your business & in-fact wish you all the best to grow your business & success for your life family & future.
If your finding your not getting enough work don’t set out to destroy our business instead ask us if we can pass you on the bookings we have had to let down because we are booked out.
We are always here for you to message us & instead of making sabotage plot message us & we will help you get extra work & no you don’t have to match our prices or if you need to borrow our equipment to use at your event just ask us as we will always help if we have the items available.
