🌟 Property Caretaker Position Available at Glenbrae Equestrian Centre🌟
Are you a reliable and proactive individual with a passion for property maintenance? Glenbrae Equestrian Centre is seeking an experienced Property Caretaker to help maintain and care for our grounds 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic fence repairs as needed
- Mow lawns and maintain the landscape
- General cleaning and tidying of the property
- W**d management, including spraying where necessary
- Harrow arenas to ensure optimal footing for horses
- Sort and organise tools, supplies, and other property assets
Requirements:
- Previous experience with machinery, including ride-on mowers and buggies
- Ability to repair fencing wiring and perform minor maintenance
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Initiative and motivation to maintain high property standards
