DELIVERY
Pepperberry Flora makes it a priority to deliver flowers on time and with expected quality. If there is difficulty delivering orders, we will make every attempt to contact the person ordering the flowers or the recipient. If an order requires more than one attempt at delivery, a redelivery fee will apply and the subsequent amount will be charged to the purchasing credit card. If this shou

ld occur, Pepperberry Flora will contact the purchasing customer and notify them of any changes to the purchase price. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pepperberry Flora handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Products sold on this website are perishable, natural items and the life span of flowers are dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on pepperberryflora.com.
