Meet Nicole, our wedding and events specialist. Nicole will most likely be the one taking you on a venue tour showcasing our many onsite locations for ceremony, pre-reception, and reception. She will answer any questions you have and, with experience at all kinds of venues, is full of tips and tricks for your big day. You can expect contemporary seasonal plates that will leave even the most insatiable of appetites feeling satisfied. We know that there’s nothing worse than not getting the alternating plate you were hoping for, so we avoid all that by serving our generous dishes share-style so you and your guests can have a bit of everything. When you come to a dinner with these three in charge you know you’ll be in for a great evening. Pairing Method is back and we’re excited! The evening begins with a wine tasting by Master of Wine Meg Brodtmann, before exploring different ingredients and how they transform what’s in your glass, the wine of choice is Black Label Barbera. Then watch as 2-hatted chef creates a dish, based on his favourite elements – in front of your very own eyes!
After enjoying a custom-made creation as your entrée, our Executive Chef Anthony Cutajar will step in and serve the perfect pairing for our Black Label Tempranillo, which has been reverse-engineered using The Pairing Method.

While you’re enjoying a glass of sparkling with your loved ones, our team will discreetly move flowers to your reception. Then the next day, you’re welcome to collect them.
