Duties and responsibilities
* To create exceptional customer experiences by offering a high level of enjoyable service and ensuring all staff members interact with guests to learn their needs and surpass expectations
* Follow strategies created to maintain and attract new customers
* A clear and strong communication between floor, bar and kitchen is practised at all times
* Assisting the management team in creating new and unique
Skills.
* strong organisation and delegation skills
* Happy to host and run events, leading by example and managing your team
* Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere ensuring our venue is always immaculate
* Ability to work with team members with varied experience and knowledge, mentoring and training staff
* Bookings and POS management, (we use now book it, restoke and kounta)
