Having the meats roasting at your function will create an atmosphere and aroma that will remain a positive topic of conversation for your guests long after the function is over. ing roasts such as legs of lamb and chickens or even up to a whole Lamb or Pig up to 20 - 35kg. There is a $50 Security Deposit on top of the Hire Fee, this is refunded to you providing the Spit is returned clean, complete, in good working order and in a timely fashion. The deposit of $50 does apply for each individual Spit that is hired. You can pick up your hire equipment from South Gippsland Spit Hire or have it delivered at a cost. Gas and Charcoal Spit
