IT'S TOMORROW: Almost there folks, just one more sleep before the man in red joins us all the way from the North Pole for Christmas on the Avenue! Here is a final reminder of the details for tomorrow.

🦘🛷🎅GFG Christmas Pageant:
Nicolson Avenue 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Between Russell Street and Ekblom Street

😋🥤🥪After Pageant Fair:
Civic Park 5pm - 7pm

🎶🌟🎄Community Christmas Carols:
Civic Park 7pm - 9pm

The weather is looking to be on the warmer side for Saturday so here are some tips to help you on the day:

😎Please be SunSmart, wear appropriate clothing, sunscreen and maybe bring an umbrella in case you can't find a spot under a tree.

☀️HOPE Whyalla have kindly donated additional shade which will be set up by our Navy Cadet and Rotary Club Whyalla volunteers on the pageant route near these locations
• Whyalla Secondary College
• Country and Outback Health across from Hincks Avenue
• Nicolson Avenue median strip near Searle Street

Mine Spec Industries have kindly donated sunscreen for community use which will be available at the shelter locations above and several line marshals will also be handing it out!

Only 5 days to go now until the GFG Christmas Pageant! 🎅

Whyalla’s Christmas on the Avenue returns on Saturday, 14 December. The festivities kick off at 4:30pm with the GFG Christmas Pageant. The parade will start on Nicolson Avenue at Russell Street and end at Ekblom Street.
