I’ve got my hands on these cylinders to make myself an offset smoker but will only use one. Selling the two spare to fund the other bits!

Same as a 45kg lpg bottle but painted not galvanised so no having to remove a harmful galv coating to be able to cook on. Never filled with flammable gas.

Had a retired gentleman hit me up for some oak wood, not for smoking but he dabbles in knife making as a hobby and wanted the wood for making handles (and to make a little play money just like us here!) bought this little gem at a very reasonable price!

Hit me up and I can pass on his details if you’re after a well made tool for the kitchen or out bush!

Winter is well and truly here and the only way to bbq outside is by standing around a warm fire while cooking!

Plenty of availability over the coming months and as always, I’m very flexible on how long a “weekend” is. Need to pick up early for your butcher to mount the meat or you’ve partied too hard and don’t want to even think about returning it the day after? I’ve got you covered with no extra charges!

I have fittings for a variety of meats including whole lambs and pigs, rolled roasts and yiros.

Always happy to answer questions and give advice as I want you to enjoy cooking as much as I do!

Finally finished a brutal 10 weeks of vintage grape harvest night shifts and time to clear some room in my shed. I have a big overstock of red wine soaked oak planks to clear. $10 a 5kg bag!

Buy a bag of cherry chunks for $30 and I’ll throw a bag of wine oak in for free!
