My favourite thing to create at the moment are these linen look signs, they are just a fun added element to a set up.

When I was talking with a bride this week for an upcoming wedding I realised of all the events I have styled, planned & coordinated I can’t believe I have never posted our wedding. So here it is my favourite event ever.

Our beautiful venue was the one & only choice. I had wanted to get married there since I saw it online years before - once Brett proposed 5 days later I forced him, my parents & in-laws to go & see it & we locked it in. Unfortunately since our wedding parts of the venue were taken by the horrible bush fires, but they have now restored the venue, however the rock cathedral where we got married still stands & is such a beautiful place to have a ceremony.

From my dress to menus I planned & designed everything. It was my wish to do it all myself & I may be bias but with help of our closest loved ones & vendors it was executed perfectly.

Cake: made by my mum & constructed on the day by her friend (cake topper from Etsy - yes it had bunny ears 😂 our first ever pet & little love was my very cherished & missed bunny Alice)

It’s been nearly 80 events + one baby since the last time I introduced myself, with growing followers and our busiest season ahead I thought it was time so say hi again, So.. hi I’m Jess 👋🏼

This past year POP has doubled, events both big & small, each has helped my little project into a job I’m so grateful to have.

For any new followers this year - Here are some facts about me & POP by jsr! 💕

✨ I’m married to Brett & we have a 3 year old boy & nearly 7 month old little girl.
✨ Before POP by jsr I worked in commercial musical theatre (and still do sometimes). I work behind the scenes in management & supervising of children who were performing on stage!
✨ I have two degrees one in Theatre Design & one in Event Management/Business. So combining these created POP by jsr
✨ My goal for POP by jsr this next year is to grow more in the wedding space both in styling and planning
✨ I love spending time with my family, swimming, eating sushi and watching reality television!

☀️✨🫶🏻 One of the best parts of this job is seeing clients at different milestones - Last year I was organising a baby shower when a little sunshine arrived early so we pushed back the display. In February I got to create the display for his baptism & today the little sunshine celebrated turning ONE! Happy First Birthday Henry 🫶🏻☀️✨
