Big news, Geelong! La Caseta will be making its debut at the South Geelong Farmers Market this Sunday 21st of July, and every first and third Sunday of the month moving forward. We're thrilled to be bringing traditional Honduran food to the market for the first time ever!
Make sure to come and practice your Spanish and to try our delicious award-winning Baleadas and Hot Tamales. Don't forget to tag your Latin friends and spread the word! 🇭🇳

Hola! We are coming to Ocean Grove for the first time this weekend to be part of the Ocean Grove Apple Fair. There is going to be live music, entertainment, market stalls and of course Street Food from Honduras. If you haven't heard of Honduran food come to see us and we can tell you all about it ☺️🇭🇳

Also, how good is it that Green My Plate will supply the food vendors with reusable plates, in this way we'll avoid using a lot of single use plates. 😍

Tomorrow we'll be at the last of the season. Come to eat authentic Honduran street food, we're bringing:
- Freshly steamed Chicken Tamales
- Honduran Baleadas made with our Housemade refried beans, pickled onions and chorizo(veg options available). Remember this is the only place in Australia where you can get them 😉
- Nacheadas: our little invention, all the Baleada ingredients on top of corn chips (Gluten free).
- Oaxaca cheese Pupusas served with Curtido and warm tomato salsa.

We were beyond excited when Costa Georgiadis Official the garden gnome, tried our Honduran Tamales! We feel humbled and honoured that he enjoyed our food and blessed our hands in Greek, saying "Geia sta heria sou (Γεια στα χέρια σου)".
Sharing our culture is what we love to do, and we are so grateful we were able to showcase it for such a special guest. A big shoutout to B-Alternative and their volunteers for supplying all the reusable crockery for the night. We didn't use a single disposable plate!
Lastly, let's give a round of applause to Farm My School for their successful launch. We feel so fortunate to have been a part of it all, and we'll always cherish these memories. Thank you for allowing us to spread joy and share our passion for authentic Honduran cuisine!
