Our Story

Like the best things in life, the purchase of Redwood Park Wollombi was not planned but has been one of the most rewarding (albeit with a lot of hardwork) things we have done.

It all started on a casual drive. Being from Canberra I had never been to the Hunter Valley so off went one weekend just following Christmas. On our way home we decoded to take the scenic route home via Wollombi. We could not believe how pretty the area was. A real hidden gem a stones throw from Sydney.

Not being able to help ourselves, we started googling and found a couple of properties for sale. At the time we were toying of buying our apartment...long story cut short...8 weeks later we had traded the thought of 80sqm for 100 acres instead.

Call it folly or sheer stupidity, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.
