HOURLY RATE
*$90 per hour... minimum of 2 hours. (Face painting only)
*$120 per hour... minimum of 2 hours. (Face painting and Balloon twisting)

$13.50 per child - minimum of 15 children
$10 per child - minimum of 20 children
