Jamalo - Electric Korma Music Video
This song was our PipeWolf office anthem for a few months - it's very catchy and once you start singing it you'll never stop!
This is one of three music videos we created for local band, Electric Korma. We filmed the band playing across two locations and synced the footage and audio together.
Annette Golden - Venice Biennale 2024 - Pandora Short Film
Artist Annette Golden was invited to exhibit her stunning art at the Venice Biennale 2024, but she needed a film explaining the process and concepts behind her Pandora exhibition.
Annette got in touch - it was an exciting project with a very tight deadline (we filmed it only a few days before Annette headed to Venice) - thankfully it all came together just in time!
It was a slightly different project to a standard information video we'd usually work on - we didn't need to shoot any b-roll and the script was a commentary rather than a sales pitch or testimonial. Logistically it was a very typical shoot for us, but the editing was a fun change of pace.

Southern Pumping 50 Years Video
Congratulations to local business, Southern Pumping, who are celebrating 50 years in business in 2024.
We created a series of videos for them, documenting their business journey so far to share as part of their online marketing for their 50th year.
Toustone - Bankstown Sports Club Testimonial Video
We shot this testimonial video for in Bankstown Sports Club - it was a nearly a full day shoot - mainly because the sports club is so big it takes a while to get from location to location! We recorded the testimonials in the rooftop restaurant, before it opened for the day, which was great because we had the space mostly to ourselves, however the light changing through the windows was challenging and staff had to start setting up the restaurant halfway through the shoot.
Then we captured all the relevant b-roll in the club - managing to mostly get shots without patrons in them. It's great doing indoor shoots, without weather or external noises to deal with - but it is important to keep on top of the lighting changes from room to room and not over or undershoot the b-roll - nothing worse than sitting down to edit and realising you've missed some key shots.
This is why we like to have a producer on site during interviews - they can note down what content is covered in the testimonial responses, and we can make sure we film those details to really make the final video pop and make sure there aren't any gaps in the overall narrative and viewing experience.
McGrath 'What We Do' Video
This video is part of a series of 'What We Do' and client communication videos that we shot for McGrath Wollongong in 2023. It's always a great idea to film multiple videos at the same time, making the most of the full studio set up we bring on site. McGrath have such a great office space, in the Wollongong CBD, it was the perfect backdrop for the series of videos we created.
Dinga Chicka - Electric Korma Music Video
This is one of three music videos we created for local band, Electric Korma. We filmed the band playing a live gig and then again in the studio, recording the song - which gave us a challenge in syncing up all the footage with the final music mix - a steep but great learning curve!
This project spanned a few years. We started documenting the construction of the Hai Lang property in 2022 - and visited the site reguarly to film progress of the build.
After two years of filming the construction, we then spent around 8-hours filming the final walk-through video. This gave the video a script and narative for us to wrap the footage around in the edit - but there was a lot of footage to work with in the video editing process.
What started out at a 5-min video became a short documentary. Even when filming the final walk-through, we still had to film around trades people putting in finishing touches and a few cables and unfinished touches.
The edit really felt like we were editing a documentary - matching timelines and sorting through footage that had been captured over a long perior of time. It was a fun but challenging edit to pull together.

Agilyx Success Story – 3Bridges Testimonial Video
We filmed this testimonial video with the wonderful team from Agilyx in Sydney a few weeks ago. We spent nearly an hour with both John and Raj, taking the time to capture their stories, chat through their experiences with them and give them a chance to answer our questions a few times – so they could fully express everything they wanted to say without feeling under pressure.
Once the interviews were captured, we filmed relevant b-roll (cut away) footage around the North Sydney office. The office had a wonderful atmosphere and style that worked really well in the footage. The heavy lifting in the editing process was cutting an hour to interview content down to 5-mins without missing any important details.
If you’d like to create a testimonial video for your business, please get in touch – we’d love to chat with you.
Last year we travelled to Sydney to film a series of interview videos for the Micromobility Report. Since then, we have filmed many more long-form interviews like this one for the Micromobility Report team.
Like most things that look simple and straight forward, the production that goes into capturing an interview like this is more than you'd think. For this shoot, we had a full studio lighting set up, multiple audio recording devices and, of course, multiple cameras. It takes two videographers a total of two-hours to set up before we can hit record.
After capturing the interview, we then need to process the footage, label the files, sync all the footage and audio up before we can start editing.
On this day we filmed two interviews back-to-back - which is good because we can get more out of the effort we've put into setting up for the shoot.
For more information about our long-form interview videos or how we can work with you to film your project please get in touch - we'd love to have a chat.
It's a wonder we get any filming done with our cheeky little cameras!
Setting up to film always takes FOREVER but it’s worth it. This set up was for 3 x interviews, one in front of a white backdrop and two in front of our green screen. 🎥
