Fantastic trained as a chef at Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT). His natural talent and flair quickly shone through and he was selected as Head Chef of Dine, MIT’s bar and restaurant, in 2015. He has cheffed for private members at Auckland Royal Golf Club, and catered for numerous weddings, birthdays and small events in Auckland. Most recently, Fantastic has served as Head Chef at Turanga Creek Winery & Restaurant. His driving passion is to amaze diners with great-tasting food and create joyous moments through his cuisine. That, combined with his big smile and warm Pacific Island charm, make him a hit time after time. Fantastic is a dedicated father of 4 young children, and a loving husband to Katerina.

Some exciting news with the direction of D'vine Banquets Ltd and What the future looks like.

We want to personally thank all our clients and customers for all your support in our journey. We are very thankful and greatful for your loyalty and continuous support since our opening here in Melbourne and Auckland NZ.

We are turning a new leaf of story and we look forward to serving you all again in the near future.

Throwback very First Corporate Contract

Looking back at where we started, very greatful for opportunities and the people we met that guided us through, pushed for us to be the best we can be.

This Function here was our very 1st Corporate opportunity which was a miracle for us. I remembered working with -tofiavao who was in charge of organising this event. She believed in our story and our capabilities, brand new into the Business, scared and nervous. But she kept pushing through for us.

Sure enough we were blessed to be selected above all the in-house & well established catering businesses to cater high profile leaders from around the globe. And we got to display our culture through it.

This was our foot into the corporate market. Greatful for our staff who had our backs from this day onwards.

In my case we got married 7 years prior, but I never had the chance to propose to my wife until 7 years later. Pitched the story to a news outlet and they were interested to cover our story. With help of another amazing entrepreneur Dee Tuitama we were able to pull off the suprise proposal.

We then help with another proposal at the beach with a 3 course meal served at the beach as part of the proposal. Video coming up soon.

But the kids certainly missed the home cook meals and teaching them how to cook while having fun at the same time. Family sunday lunch feast.
