A moody, stormy late spring night at dusk. I love being in the garden at this time of day after the kids go to bed and it's just me and the birds. It'd be nice if some decent rain eventuated from this weather.
This bouquet's for sale and features the last of the season's stock - $50, wrapped.
Roses, stock, sweet pea, achillea, chocolate lace and dusty.
A special bunch for a very special 1 year old but mostly for her mum (because mum deserves a celebration too!). I wanted to make this one girly but not overtly girly and a bit quirky too: protea, hot pink ranunculus, black and purple veined hellebores, crabapple blossom, burgundy tea tree and sollya vine.

Rainy day hellebore pickings.
$30 bunches now available, featuring stunning new strains of hellebore.
Yesterday I was asked to make up something small but didn't think I had anything in my patch - after a walk around my garden with the seccies this is the result. It smells so divine with the daphne and jonquil.
There's so much anticipation in the air - I love this time of year.
π± Rooted Chrysanthemum Cutting Pre-Sale π±
Sunday 26th May at 4pm
Alright, folks! I've had so, so many of you enquire about my chrysanthemum cutting pre-sale for rooted cuttings in spring. I've finally got a date! Here are the details:
- My site will open at 4pm, Sunday 26th May - www.twistcreekflora.com.au. Find the link to my website in my bio or the Linktree link direct to the sale page, also in my bio
- I've launched my site fairly quickly in order to get this pre-sale happening so I'm hoping there's no bugs! Please be kind and understand that I'm just one person who will be juggling kids at the time of the sale
- There is a purchase limit on each cultivar and a minimum order of 5 cuttings. I know this might cause headaches at checkout but it needs to be worth my while to ship live plants but I also want to share with as many of you as possible. Please check out my website to familiarise yourself with what I'll have available and what the purchase limits are. These listings will become hidden at 3pm on the sale day then reappear at 4pm for the sale
- Cuttings will be posted in Sept-Nov once they have rooted satisfactorily
- I cannot ship to WA, NT or Tas - sorry!
- Finally, this is a pre-sale so whilst I will do my very best to ensure your order is fulfilled, nature might have a different idea. In this case, you will receive a refund. I apologise in advance for any disappointment this may cause - I have tried very hard to accurately estimate volumes
I can't wait to share my gorgeous chryssies with you this Sunday!
Another example of a $45 bouquet - I love the burgundy and fairy floss pink together in this one.
For the pastel-loving mum π©·ππ©΅
Ft. pink anemone chrysanthemums, feverfew, eucalyptus, chocolate lace, salvia.
An example of a $45 bouquet - available now until Mother's Day.
π·Spring Flower Subscription π·
With the ranunculus and tulips in the ground (except for some last minute impulse buys - because is 2,000 really enough?!) I have opened up my spring subscription for 2024.
This looks like 4 weeks of beautiful blooms, alternating between tulips and ranunculus. I have some absolutely stunning tulips this year including the much-adored Wyndham (pictured in bud above) and some breathtaking parrot and fringed beauties. I have ranunculus in just about every colour and range. So if you like pastels or brights or even whites and greens, I have you covered!
Please DM me to register. Local delivery options can be arranged.
