So I’ve been cooking on back to back retreats for the past 8 weeks LOVE my life and incredible that I get to do what I love ❤️ yay

I’m home now and the first thing I did was to bake some fresh sourdough bread AND there are days when it just doesn’t want to play THEN there are days like this when it just all works 🤭🤤 these little beauties just out of the oven !!!!

Some inspo from the garden 💚

Ginger chilli fish with greens

4 white fish fillets
2 tbsp sushi seasoning
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp coconut aminos
5cm-piece fresh ginger, peeled, cut into matchsticks
1 long red chilli, seeded, thinly sliced
200g snow peas, halved diagonally lengthways
1 bunch tatsoi
1 bunch baby brocolini
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Fresh mint leaves and lime to serve

Our Drum Craft Specialist, Wisdom Sharer, Creatrix Bastian from Home grown Shamanism

A little about me: I've been working with drums for over 20yrs and practicing shamanism and healing for 30yrs. I love being able to share and experience with others this collective REMEMBERING journey we are in the process of. My passion is found in keeping the old ways, traditional practices & teachings alive and shared for future generations to have stable and trustworthy ground to stand on. It is a strong calling of mine to foster greater connection and communion with Mother Earth/Mother Life so we can all live in perfect love and perfect trust.

Each stage of the crafting process is significant and governed by the wisdoms of the Four Sacred Fires, it is a fascinating journey watching the way we relate (or don't) to the spiritual teachings afoot within the ceremony. We are learning through this process to get to know ourselves better and to return to a loving stable and balanced relationship with Mother Earth. This ancient tool of power connects us into the nourishment and safety of Mother Earth and the spiritual guidance and support all around us.
