We had such a special day, and it wouldn't have been the same without you as our celebrant!
We have received so many lovely comments about our wedding, but there is one that I would like to share as it is quite important. My brother, Tiernan, expressed his appreciation for the tone of the wedding and the words spoken, such as "Marriage is a lifetime promise made from the heart that takes a lifetime to fulfil." He believes that many weddings nowadays make light of the day, with too many jokes and tend to forget the importance of the commitment being made on the day.

It has been an incredible start to the wedding season. It feels like I have travelled to half of Victoria this season! From Mount Duneed to Mornington Peninsula, to Alexandra, to Bellbrae/Jan Juc, and to Millgrove, to name a few.

I have had the honour of marrying some of the most wonderful couples. Each wedding has been different in its own way, and each one has been spectacular. From marrying dear friends to newly made friends, this is what makes my job so joyous.

And I have so many more to come, rounding off the year with a fabulous New Year's Eve wedding. I will share photos of my adventures, but I would like to take a moment to thank my supportive husband and roadie, Jonathan Trengove, who is always there by my side. I couldn't ask for a better roadie! Here is a little sketch of us created by a very talented artist at a wedding yesterday. ❤

So what identification documents do you need when getting married in Australia?

You will need to provide evidence of your date and place of birth, this can be with a birth certificate or passport. You need to also prove your identity and a driver's licence or passport can be used.

You will also need proof that a previous marriage has ended if you have been married before.

Your Celebrant will support you to ensure everything is in order before your wedding ceremony takes place.
