Grateful and then some!! Bon dia … Thank You to “the team” (you know who you are!) but mostly to my gracious host Marie Rosa (and Charlie the cat 🐈‍⬛) for allowing me to stay with her/them, and to Natasha Lee Soy of the Aruba Tourism Authority for setting up all the opportunities for us to promote our Dushi Aruba together!! Thank You to all who made the week a “hard working but fun week”!!!! Now traveling back home to be able to pick up where we left off … Back in the office (and to reality) tomorrow!!!

What a GREAT RIDE I am having … Thank You Thank You Thank You to my Creator 🙏🏼for giving me the patience, energy and perseverance ... To Aida Perez and Michele Osbourne for believing in me!! To my family for not getting upset 😢 for the many late nights … To my crew for putting up with my “milímetros” 🪑 and the vendors (my Dream team you know who you are!) for always coming through for our clients!! And most importantly; for the thousands of couples❤️ (18 years at an average of 125 per year plus 5 Aruba I Do’s!), who trusted us with bringing their visions to life! 18 Years and counting!!!!

Dearest Lissy,

I don’t know how to begin thanking you for giving my daughter Stephanie the absolute perfect wedding. She (and I) thought everything was perfect. From the wedding location to the ceremony and the photographer - we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The meal and service from Anne and her staff also was excellent.

My wife kept stating that she wanted to be on “Team Lissy” meaning that it was obvious that anything you touched was going to be perfect. After we got back home, she asked me how I found you. The truth is that you were a gift from God. As a father, one of the first things you think about after having a daughter is her wedding. And of course, every father wants to make it a perfect wedding. Because of you, I was able to do that for my daughter.

If there is ever anything that I can ever do for you, a recommendation, a review, anything, please contact me. I want as many others as possible to give their daughters what I was able to give mine.

Happy ! 💒Bon dia …

Ok so I missed posting this as it was 3 days ago! There is something to be said about being busy as a !!

A wedding planner’s job has so many moving parts, that it doesn’t get old!

We receive the client’s wishes, discuss with colleagues, and consult and book with vendors, and Voila; A wedding is born (sorry it’s not that easy but in a nutshell)…

You must have the time to pour your heart and soul into it … As it’s the only way that the wedding day becomes THE day that the couple (and their family and friends) have dreamt of! So many moving parts to discuss in detail!!! Just to name a few; 📸 🎂 🚘 💐 🍱 🍹 🎶 💇‍♀️

Passion … Dedication .. Communication .... Long hours (very long!!) … Commitment… Being involved … These are just a few words that come to mind … Add to that the “behind the scenes part” and it will become a reality!!

That moment, when the groom awaits his bride, and she walks in, taking it all in when she sees her dream come to life with a great big smile; THAT is what we live for!!
