We are expanding and in search of new members for our team! See below for further details

{Position - Event Lighting Technician} Full-time & Part-time

Primary Responsibilities
> Event set up and break down; program, monitor, control, repair and operate lighting equipment for concerts, weddings, conferences and the like
> Install cables, truss and lighting fixtures in various locations across the island
> Setting up and operating special effects lighting equipment such as spotlights, strobes, fog machines etc.
> Repairing or replacing light bulbs or tubes in light fixtures, or replacing entire light fixtures when needed

Requirements and Skills
> Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
> Technical knowledge and lighting skills
> Attention to detail and creative flair
> Manual dexterity and a good level of physical fitness
> Ability to take direction and follow through with tasks
> Basic electrical knowledge would be an asset
> Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and bank holidays

{Position - Administrative Assistant} Full-time

Primary Responsibilities
> Greet clients, answers phone calls and responds to emails
> Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
> Schedule and coordinate site visits
> Performs a variety of supporting tasks to the team relating to the organization
> Prepares quotations and invoices
> Inputs financial data into accounting system according to company procedures
> Assist with the preparation of biweekly/monthly payroll

Requirements and Skills
> Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
> Excellent written and verbal skills
> Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
> Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
> Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick Books
