I got my page back!! I lost posts and photos going back to 2019, and it's going to look a little weird for bit while I reset, but at least it's mine again! Thank you, thank you to all who reached out to me and to Facebook on my behalf. Most especially to my brother in law and his connection at Facebook or this never would have happened.
