Bonanza partnered with Impetus Management Limited to form Bonanza & Impetus Management Limited and secured the event management responsibility of Navy Convention Centre in 2019.
Bonanza Began their journey in the year 1996 when – Mohammad Arif Iftakher ( Managing Director -BIML), Mohammad Abdus Salam (Chairman-Asian Group), Mohammad Yasin Ali (Habib Group), Zafrul Islam Chowdhury (Islam Steel), Mohammad Hefazatur Rahman. realized their dream to serve the people of this country with a premium Restaurant and event management organization. Soon began its expansion from a corner office to one of the most renowned restaurants and catering service groups in the business. But Bonanza only gained its premium status when it successfully pulled off one of the most exquisite restaurant experience, Chittagong Boat Club – River View Restaurant in 2012. It has only been an uphill climb since then with Bonanza port Restaurant in Chittagong Port In 2016.
In 2014 a group of Old Faujian (Ex-Faujdarhat cadets) formed Impetus Management Limited in order to bring a new standard to the event management business in Bangladesh and Mr. Captain Kamrul Islam Mozumdar was nominated the founding MD of the company. Together they have paired up with Mr. MD. Ishtiaque Hossain (Chairman, BIML) who has been involved in the restaurant and catering service since 1996 and earned a respectable position in his field of expertise. They have been operating the famous Convention Centre of Chittagong, Hall 24. Their work ethic and due diligence have set a new bar in the locality.
