As we all know it is easier to burn than it is to heal so with a heavy heart, we are going to disclose what actually caused the cancellation of the party, and we are extremely sorry it happened. Even after posting on the event page and solving online queries that “NO ON-SPOT TICKETS WILL BE SOLD”, there was a massive crowd ready to break the rules; and before you ask, we did have:
• The venue booked beforehand. (Paid)
• Police clearance.
• Planned number of guests attending the party. (Guest-list)
Despite having all the solutions to our probable problems, we still didn’t receive any kind of support from the “HOTEL MANAGEMENT”, “POLICE”, or the “PRESENT GUESTS” whatsoever. It wasn’t a mistake from our end that there was an overcrowd of people for “On-Spot” tickets, but we were still managing. The response we got from a particular crowd was honestly disappointing considering we were doing our level best to tackle the situation. However, we still plan to serve you.
We have tried to discuss a solution about a refund with the “Hotel Management” but their policy said “No Refunds” so we didn’t get a single buck back. Without any back-up from the hotel we were left “ALONE” with the whole “Refund Process” and we had no clue what to do, but we came up with a solution. Since it is impossible for us to re-pay such a huge amount of money just by ourselves, we have decided to go with “PLAN-B”!
Our “Plan-B” is a “Re-Party”, and the information are as follows:
• The party will be “FREE” for all ticket/transaction holders. (Any sort of proof will suffice)
• Everyone who registered and paid will get a phone call or an e-mail being asked if they want to attend the party. (Free of cost)
• There will be limited number of guests. (Including the people who already registered)
• Extra people or any sort of disturbance will be dealt with. (By any means necessary)
Not living up to our words and fleeing from the scene goes against our morals; in-case you had doubts, we won’t and will never do that. Our humblest apologies for not being able to deliver on the exact date, but we will deliver the party you deserve. We promised you a party means you’ll get a party, with quality untouched and no questions asked. It has been blood, sweat and tears for us so we just need you guys to bear with us and be patient. Thank you.
