➡️ আপনি নতুন কসপ্লেয়ার হলেও কোন সমস্যা হবে না যেহেতু আপনার কস্টিউমের ভিডিও দেখেই আপনার ইফোর্ট ও ক্রিয়েটিভিটি আমরা বোঝা যাবে।

✅ ভিডিওর ক্যাপশনে আপনি কিভাবে আপনার কসপ্লে ড্রেস বানিয়েছেন, বা কসপ্লে করার জন্য কি কি টেকনিক্যাল ইফোর্ট দিচ্ছেন/দিবেন (যেমন - ক্র্যাফটসম্যানশিপ, মেকআপ, ইনোভেসন, ক্রিয়েটিভিটি ইত্যাদি) সেটার একটা সংক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা দিতে হবে পয়েন্ট আকারে।

✅ যারা স্টেজ পারফর্ম করবেন তাদেরকে অবশ্যই ইভেন্টের দিন সাথে করে তার পারফর্মেন্স (Battle of the Cosplayers) এর জন্য HD কোয়ালিটির ভিডিও মিউজিক ফাইল নিয়ে আসতে হবে।

✅ মিউজিক ফাইল সর্বোচ্চ ১ মিনিটের হতে পারবে। অর্থাৎ আপনার পারফর্মেন্স শেষ করতে হবে ১ মিনিটের ভিতরে।

✅ ইভেন্টের ১ম দিন ৩০ জন সিলেক্টেড (Chosen) কসপ্লেয়াররা সরাসরি স্টেজে Battle of the Cosplayers এ অংশগ্রহণ করবেন এবং সেখান থেকে ১৫ জন এলিমিনেট হয়ে যাবেন।

✅ বাকি ১৫ জন ২য় দিনের ফাইনাল Battle of the Cosplayers এ পারফর্ম করবেন এবং কসপ্লে এর চূড়ান্ত জাজমেন্ট আসবে সরাসরি জাপান এমব্যাসি থেকে।

1. Armor Cosplay
---------------------

✅ Armor পরা ক্যারেকটার এর Armor সহ কসপ্লে।
✅ Example: Armored Vegeta, Alphonse Elric, Armored Saber, Iron Man etc.

2. Clothing Cosplay
-----------------------

✅ কোন প্রকারের Armor ছাড়া কসপ্লে।
✅ Example: Goku, Edward Elric, Rin Tohsaka, Tony Stark etc.

3. Junior Cosplay

✅ ১৩ বছর এবং এর নিচের যে কেউ জুনিয়র কসপ্লেয়ার হিসেবে রেজিস্টার করতে পারবেন।
✅ কসপ্লে করার জন্য অবশ্যই আপনার গার্ডিয়ানের পারমিশন নিয়ে রাখতে হবে।

⭕ Half costume or using any character mask but wearing a different dress/regular dress that doesn't go well with that character's dress code won't be counted as proper cosplay.

⭕ Cosplay that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or explicit adult material is strictly prohibited.

✨ GROUP COSPLAY আপাতত কম্পিটিশনের আন্ডারে পড়বে না তবে গ্রুপ কসপ্লেয়ারদেরকে স্টেজে পারফর্ম করার সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে।

✨ GROUP COSPLAY করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই আগে থেকে আমাদের জানিয়ে রাখতে হবে।

✨ কোন কসপ্লেয়ার যদি কসপ্লে কম্পিটিশনের বাহিরেও স্টেজে উঠে পারফর্ম করতে চায় তাহলে আগে থেকে জানিয়ে রাখতে হবে।

✨ নিচের লিস্ট থেকে লাল রং এর স্টার (*) চিহ্নিত ঘরগুলো অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে।
