Busting the myth, living the myth
This story started with feeling heavy and sleepy after lunch at office. I had a full plate of rice, daal, vegetable and chicken that I brought from home. The next day a colleague treated with pizza and the other day I couldnât say no to the tehari that our next door restaurant did. Though every time I felt happy initially, as the clock tick-tocked it became difficult to concentrate on work. That is when I realized that I need to eat light during lunch.
Eating light didnât help either. A sandwich or a soup made me hungry quickly and the result was the same. No concentration at work, feeling craving and finally eating heaps of junkies (like 5 pieces of singara). The necessity of something like Dr. Green only emerged then. A light diet which will keep you full for longer and more concentrated with healthy nutrients was what I wanted for myself and to offer to others.
Today Dr. Green offers 15+ salads each balanced with veggies and protein. You can eat a full meal without feeling guilty or heavy and might lose weight too as a by product (which many of our clients inform). Each of the meals has its calorie counts, this information comes handy for the calorie watchers. One can order our meal on individual day basis or subscribe to our 5/15/20 or 26 day package. They can take one meal each day, two meal each day or even design a full day meal plan with us according to their needs. Customization is offered when approached by clients. (and you will be surprised to know to what extent we go to support our clients)
