ইভেন্ট কোম্পানি আর রসদ সরবরাহকারীর প্রতিষ্ঠান একই না !!

একটি ইভেন্ট কোম্পানির কাজ হলো কোনো ইভেন্ট এর প্ল্যান, ডিজাইন ও কৌশল তৈরী করে যদি প্রয়োজনীয় রসদ লাগে তা বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে বা নিজেস্ব সোর্স থেকে বা ক্লাইন্ট কর্তৃক সরবরাহকৃত রসদের সঠিক যোগান নিশ্চিত করে সঠিক ভাবে ও সঠিক সময়ে সব কিছু ব্যবস্থাপনা করে সুন্দর ভাবে ইভেন্টটি সম্পূর্ণ করা। রসদ সরবরাহকারীগণ যেমন ইভেন্ট কোম্পানির কাছে দায়বদ্ধ তেমনি ইভেন্ট কোম্পানি ক্লাইন্টের কাছে দায়বদ্ধ। ইভেন্ট কোম্পানির কাজ হলো বুদ্ধি/জনবল সঠিক ভাবে খাটানো ও তদারকি করা, রসদ সরবরাহকারীর কাজ হলো রসদ বিক্রয়/ভাড়া দেয়া আর ক্লায়েন্টের কাজ ঠিক মতো সব বুঝে নেয়া।

তাই বলা যায় যে, সকল ইভেন্ট কোম্পানি প্রয়োজনীয় সব রসদ সরবরাহ করতে পারে কিন্তু রসদ সরবরাহকারী ইভেন্ট কোম্পানির কাজ [প্ল্যান, ডিজাইন, কৌশল তৈরী, বুদ্ধি/জনবল খাটানো ও তদারকি] করতে পারে না এটাই স্বাভাবিক।

Event companies and logistics providers are not the same!!

The job of an event company is to prepare the plan, design and strategy of an event, if the necessary logistics are required, whether from different places or
from own sources or provided by the client, ensuring the correct supply of logistics and managing everything in the right way and at the right time to complete the event beautifully.
Just as logistics providers are accountable to the event company, the event company is accountable to the client.
The event company's job is to arrange and supervise intelligence/manpower properly, logistics provider's job is to sell/rent logistics and the client's job is to take over everything properly.

So it is natural to say that all event companies can provide all the necessary logistics but logistics providers cannot do the work [plan, design, strategize, brainstorm/manpower and supervise] of the event company.

অত্যাধিক গরমে জনপ্রিয় সংগীতশিল্পী কেকে (কৃষ্ণকুমার কুন্নাথ) হার্ট অ্যাটাক করে মারা যাওয়াটা ইভেন্ট আয়োজক প্রতিষ্ঠানের বা কর্মকর্তাদের অদূরদর্শিতার পরিনাম ধারণা করা হচ্ছে। সবার এব্যাপারে মনোযোগ দেয়া উচিত। একটি ভুল, অমনোযোগিতার বা কিছু টাকা বাঁচানোর কারণে আর যেন এরকম কারোসাথে না হয় সেই প্রত্যাশাই রইলো। শুধু চালচলন ও কথার বুলি শুনে আয়োজক নির্ধারণ না করে সঠিক যোগ্যতা ও পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা যাচাই করেও দেখা উচিত। আল্লাহ রাবুলআলামীন আমাদের সবার সহায় হোক।
