# Terms and Conditions (for Photography)
* Rates are not negotiable.
* 50% payment is required in advance (at least 15 days prior to your
event) for booking.
* The rest 50% is due on the day of the delivery of Services
* Extra duration can be negotiated depending on special
circumstances and availability.
* Rate for extra hours is 3,000/- per hour
* Extra hourly rates must be paid for coverage outside the venue
* we have the copyrights of all the pictures taken.
* All photos along with the printed photos will be provided in DVD
within 2 weeks
* These charges are applicable for events held in Dhaka City only, for
events @ outside of Dhaka city, additional charges will be applicable.
