The culinary academy of Meal Call is especially designed for all those aspiring chefs who want to take cooking to the next level. Students learn how to handle kitchen equipment, learn a variety of multi-cuisine cooking methods, food preparation, hot and cold food production, plate and food presentation, line mechanics, knife skills, culinary terminology, and become familiar with the production and operation of restaurants.
