NOTE: Rings are not included in the package. Package Rates are higher if the resorts have IN-HOUSE catering as compared to venues that will allow our own caterer with corkage. These are worry-free packages but if you wish for ADD-ONs like whole entourage attire, we can discuss that. The program draft will be given to couple one week before the wedding date. Pls. fill out the blanks on the program document and return to us ASAP.

1. Pastor to conduct wedding ceremony
Submit NSO birth certificate, and CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from NSO
NOTE: Add P15k for Foreign nationals plus submit your Legal Capacity to Marry from your own embassy here in Manila. Documentations for your Marriage Certificate shall be handled by our City Hall contact person.
No additional charge for Filipino citizens. The pastor can conduct either Catholic or Christian wedding ceremonies.

Soon as we are done with the prenup photoshoots, and you are able to pick which photos to use, we will process the invitations so you can give them away at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.

You will have to pay P5k for transportation expenses going to the beach resort if we hire a car. No need to pay anything if you can provide the transportation which needs to accommodate 1 Hair&Makeup artist, Photographer, and wedding planner.
Photobooth overlay shall be discussed also with the couple depending on what background and photos to be used
11. Lights and Sounds System
Provided at the Reception area and beachfront during ceremony.
12. Catering (option to be held at beach front or inside Dining area in case it rains.

NOTE: P1,500/head in excess of agreed guests (plus 10% service charge based on actual guests.)
Food tasting will be done during the prenup photoshoot at the chosen resort/venue.

Should this proposal be agreed upon, down payment of 50% on total amount must be paid upon signing of contract so all suppliers and venue shall be booked at least 6 months prior to your target date. This includes unlimited meetings/consultations with planners for smooth preparation of the event.
