Terms & Conditions
1) Our appointments can only be confirmed after the advance payment has been made.
2) Advance payment is non-refundable but can be adjusted to future bookings.
3) Our shooting time is pre-fixed according to the package chosen.
4) Artist holds the will if they want to give 10-15 minutes extra time once allocated shoot our is over.
5)Extra hours will automatically be charged once

the allocated shoot hour is over.
6) Per extra hour we will charge 750 Tk per ARTIST "A G&M Wedding Click" page Booking.
7) For shoot outside Rangpur City corporation few extra costs will be added. They are 30% extra on package+Foods+staying cost(If needed)
8) Photos must be selected (if you want to) and other editing suggestions must be made (if you want to) with 7 days after the shooting date. The delivery date might be affected if not maintained this term. If we are not advised of anything, our final edit will not be changeable. (Mistakes are exceptions)
9) We being an Artist company, we have our own taste and format of shooting to maintain Brand Feel and signature. We are not bound to cooperate with any shoot suggestions that we feel to be against or not our Brand's Taste.
10) Client must take care of our friendly Artists and their gears since the client is liable for their safety on the shoot.
11) Transport Charge will be added if the shoot ends at or after 11:30 pm
12) 2nd payment must be made within 48 hours after the event shooting is complete.
13) Advanced amount can only be kept as due.
14) The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice and we cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.
15)Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colors may alter throughout a set of photographs.
16)Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, we will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.
16)The Photographer shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. Although every effort will be made to comply with the Clients’ requirements, the Photographers’ judgment regarding the location, poses, and a number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct and not subject to dispute.
17)Due to the limited and subjective nature of the event, We cannot be held responsible for photographs not taken or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by, but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, location restrictions. The photographer is not responsible for the lost photo opportunities due to other cameras or flashes, the lateness of the bride, groom, or other principles, rules and restrictions of venue or by guest blocking sight, or the rendering of decorations of the location.
18)If we or its assigns cannot perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to road closures, severe traffic, fire, terrorism, other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer's illness, then we shall return any monies paid by the client, less expenses, but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, compact flash card malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on to the part of us.
