Our biggest sales might be hot dogs & pulled pork buns this year but we would like to remind you that we also serve other wholesome dishes all throughout the summer, such as:

Platters with a selection of dry cured meats (or veg sausage), hummus, pickled veg, almonds, olives, sourdough bread & Timilia crackers

Here is the menu that we’ll be cooking up on Mother’s Day (Sunday May 12).

While most of Flanders might be celebrating Mother’s Day in August, we thought of the ones wanting to treat the mums to a little New Zealand brunch vibes. And let’s be honest, Lier needs a little international flair. Any expats coming?

This event is ideal for families and friends who just want to spend a lazy day together with an overload of hearty food and drinks, lots of nice European small scale natural wines and friendly service.

We highly recommend taking a stroll around Lier as well. The little canal ways and architecture are truly jaw-dropping (we used to live there!).

Our friends Emma, Bas and Wannes from .pakketten often have a limited supply and they’re usually sold out due to their busy weekly veg and egg packages. So it was time to expand the chix biz!

Hotdogs and wine is now fully booked.

For the ones that reserved a table:
we will be featuring our absolute favourite winemaker and friend Florian Weingart’s delicious late harvest rieslings from the 2016 vintage and some younger ones too. Mainly dry but a few with higher residual fruit sugars to show all possibilities of this extremely characteristic grape variety we respect so much!
We can’t wait for you to try them!

Warm smokey hot dogs (pork & veg too), Rhine valley wines, sticky toffee pudding & soft serve🍦!

After the success at serving hotdogs throughout the summer we decided to keep ’em coming!

This time we wrap them in their autumn coats aka sourdough buns and top them with… ha, surprise!

It’ll be sharing dishes, fig leaf soft serve🍦& wines that have been carefully ageing in our cellar.

This is a seated event with reservations but you are welcome to swing by for takeaway dogs too.

Just collected the first load of smoky hot dog sausages made by the legend himself Stéphane from La Bouch’Bio in Namur.

We’ll be serving these in buttery brioche buns crafted by artisan bakery and we’ll add our culinary topping combinations.

Hopefully we’ll have them throughout the whole summer, but definitely in June & some of July!

Stoked@OLT summer team is growing!

First of all thank you for your enthusiastic emails and interest in working with us!
We still have a few spaces to fill, including one with slightly more responsibility.

This person will be Paul’s right hand, staying in close communication with him, and occasionally leading the kitchen production team.

S(he) will be preparing and cooking along with another 4-5 people at the Arenberg, working towards achieving efficiency & quality in the workload.

Ideally s(he) will be sharing the duty of transport of food to the OLT concerts, and communicating with the OLT hospitality managers.

2x per week s(he) will be overlooking the service during the concerts at the OLT.

We pay you a wage that reflects these duties, taking into consideration your professional background.

What to do when organising a small event or a large family gathering but the budget won’t allow a caterer to be on site?

Ordering our pies and salads turns out to be a pretty good option! A selection of meaty and veggie pies to serve all needs.

Enjoy the company of people rather than being stuck in the kitchen.
The only requirement is an oven for heating (a home oven can be perfectly fine).

We can always add something sweet to finish the meal with as well.

Let us know the date in advance and we can see if delivery is possible (mostly, yes!) or we look further for pickup options.

We are busy planning for our biggest gig this year, cooking throughout the summer at open air theater space in the middle of the Rivierenhof park.

So if you have a ticket this year, remember food is sorted! No need to book a pre-show spot as we’ll be offering a selection of meals & snacks each evening.

We will soon put an advert out to look for help - students, flexi’s & others, keep your eyes open for an upcoming ad for kitchen help.
