Huge congratulations to the lovely couple who let me create this beautiful, unique wedding cake for them. I absolutely loved the creativity on this cake, learning new skills with the pallet knives. It was like painting on a buttercream canvas. 🥰

A wedding cake doesn't have to be white! One of my most favourite cakes to make this year. I am so grateful to the lovely couple to have faith in my vision. With just a few simple guidelines, I was able to paint on a buttercream canvas and add a few fondant daisies. The wedding was held in a beautiful arboretum, so the cake matched perfectly.

It was Charlie's birthday today, and every year, he puts in a special request for his birthday treat! On his 22nd year, it's DOUGHNUTS!!!!! I have never made them before, I usually stay well clear of anything requiring a yeast sachet😆 But they turned out pretty OK! Of course, no cake of Charlie's is complete without a Splonky Bear! Happy birthday, my gorgeous boy. And I almost beat you at the golf!!!🥰🥰🥰
