Juicy chocolate-mango-passion fruit cake with a cream on cashew, mousse chocolate ganache layer on the bottom and a passion fruit mango confit on an upper layer feeling.

There is almost the sour taste of a passion fruit is almost imperceptible, so mango and chocolate together ☺️

Coffee or decaf is possible 👌

☕️coffee sponges together with juicy strawberry🍓 confit dancing together with a strong coffee ganache make such a nice taste combination on your tongue 😋 with a soft vanilla ganache all around 😍

You would not need a shot of espresso after that, believe me 😆

This was another variation of light soufflé (mash mellow style) patisserie on a chocolate sponge, vanilla mousse with mango confit inside in mango glazing.

It is very light by taste and therefore low calories 😉

This was an order for a big cake 🎂 with gluten free caramel sponge: confit from plumps with some passion fruit and caramel in coconut 🥥 mousse with a sour glazing to accent sweet and sour taste combination.

It was ordered for a home occasion so they allowed me to cut a peace to show you what’s inside 😁
