De triskelion is een eeuwen oud symbool met drie maal rotatiesymmetrie dat men terug kan vinden doorheen de geschiedenis en culturen. In dit lied brengt Ydhessä de oeroude energie dat dit wereld bekende symbool met zich meedraagt tot leven.

In this little teaser they cover 'Steel For Humans' from the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt by the polish folk band Percival. We've had the honor to jam along with them to this and more Witcher songs a number of times at Castlefest.

YDHESSÄ [BE/FR] - Pagan folk

[NL] Onze volgende band van de avond combineert Keltische pagan folk met wat oosterse invloeden en een vleugje rock elementen. Het Frans-Belgische vijfstuk, Ydhessä zal je ongetwijfeld betoveren met hun liederen en sleept je zo mee in een wereld vol magie en oude culturen. Ydhessä zet je voeten zeker aan het dansen! Dus duik op 13 december met ons mee hun muzikale universum in!

[EN] Our next band of the evening blends together celtic pagan folk with a hint of eastern influences and some rock elements sprinkled on top. The Franco-Belgian five-piece that is Ydhessä is sure to enchant you with their songs and transport you into a world full of magic and ancient cultures. Ydhessä will certaintly move you on your feet! So let's hop into their musical universe on the 13th of december!

[NL] Binnen minder dan een maand is het zover! 🥳😁🥳

AELÄD [FR] – Fantasy folk / game soundtracks
Onze eerste band van de avond sleept jullie mee doorheen fantastische werelden en overheen de zeven zeeën. De barden van Aeläd brengen hun eigen versies van video game muziek uit The Witcher, World of Warcraft, Age of Mythology, etc. alsook sea shanties en piratenliederen. Zo goed zijn ze dat ze in Frankrijk de officiële evenementen van The Witcher en events van Ubisoft France van muziek mochten voorzien!

AELÄD [FR] – Fantasy folk / game soundtracks
The first band of the evening drags you along into fantastical worlds and over the seven seas.
The bards of Aeläd bring you their versions of video game music from The Witcher, World of Warcraft, Age of Mythology, etc. aswell as sea shanties and pirate songs. They're so good that in France they provided the official events of The Witcher and events from Ubisoft France with their music!

Toss a coin to your....? 🎶🎻

[NL] YDHESSÄ - 5 muzikanten met elk een eigen insteek uit 2 landen komen samen met een gedeelde muzikale visie van Paganfolk met een scheutje rock.
AELAD - stond even terug op FACTS en events voor Ubisoft FR, dus dat kan tellen! Een franse groep troubadours die folk versies van muziek uit The Witcher, World of Warcraft en meer brengen. Zeker de moeite voor alle gamers maar evengoed iedereen die van fantasy houdt.

[EN] YDHESSÄ - 5 musicians with their own vision from 2 countries coming together to create a shared vision of Paganfolk with a dash of rock.
AELAD - played FACTS a little while ago and events for Ubisoft FR, so that's saying something. They're a French group of troubadours playing folk versions of music from The Witcher, World of Warcraft and more. Definitely worth checking out for gamers but just as well for anyone who likes Fantasy.
