🪩 THEME — For our 12th edition, we invite you to step into our world of Denim Dancers. This summer, it’s not about what’s trending on the beach— we're going full in on an iconic theme that is universal, timeless and transcends generations, styles, and subcultures. Denim is iconic and for everyone: your parents rocked it, skaters live in it, hip-hop made it cool, and runways never run out of it — making it the perfect blend for this year's theme.

With Denim Dancers, we want to embrace the idea that denim is for everyone—democratic, timeless, and endlessly versatile. Whether upcycled, swapped, or reimagined, denim resonates with all ages and styles across our diverse community of visitors.

As always, our beach will be the backdrop to your looks and dances, but the main event will be seeing you all enjoy all music, food, and fashion on the beach. 🩵💛

On Sunday, August 17, Peggy will return to Zeebrugge Beach for her only show in Belgium this year—her first performance in Belgium since 2023 and her long-awaited return to our beach since 2019.

As both an artist and producer, Gou effortlessly blends music and fashion—just like our festival and all of you do on our beach. WECANDANCE is an annual summer festival that takes place on the beach in Zeebrugge. The festival owes its unique boutique identity to a mix of music, food and fashion, three cornerstones that are put forth towards a new theme for every edition.

#WECANDANCE

WECANDANCE offers an array of musical styles ranging from the familiar to the more experimental. By programming lesser-known artists representing upcoming genres we express our openness towards the future and by acknowledging new emerging communities we welcome their creative contribution.

More established artists provide the festival with an accessibility that balances out the overall line-up. We have six stages of different sizes and settings and host a mix of home-grown and international talent.
