The Event Lounge is easily accessible and situated nearby the heart of Brussels & Brussels National Airport. The Event Lounge has a private parking of 150 cars and parking facilities in the surroundings of 400 cars. The Event Lounge cares about the environment and limits its CO² emissions wherever possible. In this respect, The Event Lounge has signed the “Green Key” & “CO2LOGIC” charter and has undertaken a series of steps to limit its ecological footprint, without however endangering its correct functioning and efficiency.

🚴 Whether it's windy, rainy or snowy, Alpaca will always come by bike to collect the leftovers and redistribute them to the associations that need them most. ♻️ On this Recycling Day, it is important to mention that since January, Event Lounge works hand-in-hand with @alpaca_solutions in order to reduce waste from our events. 🤔 How does it work? After each event, we check if there are any leftovers. In case of waste, we call Alpaca to collect surplus food in our dedicated fridge the next day. Each caterer must fill in a traceability form so that all information can be passed on to the beneficiaries. This non-profit is part of a partner ecosystem that can make best use of the waste we generate. Quite apart from the environmental benefits, these actions also have a positive social influence. Together, we've already saved 200 portions! 👏🏼 We’re proud of this partnership and of our investment in improving tomorrow’s world.
