We are quite excited to showcase our sound again in one of the cosiest venues in Turin, Sala Remi.
Bagna càuda [ba-gna-càuu-da], is Piedmontese for “hot sauce”, a typical gastronomic specialty of its cuisine.
One of the legends about its birth is that it was prepared to reward the grape harvesters for their work.
More than a dish, it is a convivial ritual that involves the sharing of food collectively by the diners, who all draw it together from a single serving container.
The meal is consumed by hand-dipping cooked and fresh vegetables directly into the sauce, composed of extra virgin olive oil, loads of garlic and salted anchovies.

Siamo entusiasti di presentare nuovamente il nostro sound in uno dei locali più intimi di Torino, Sala Remi.
Bagna càuda (ba-gna-càuu-da), in piemontese significa "salsa calda", una specialità gastronomica tipica della sua cucina.
Una delle leggende sulla sua nascita narra che venisse preparata per ricompensare i vendemmiatori del loro lavoro. Più che un piatto, è un rito conviviale che prevede la condivisione collettiva del cibo da parte dei commensali, che ne attingono tutti insieme da un unico contenitore.
Il pasto viene consumato immergendo verdure sia cotte che fresche direttamente nella salsa, composta da olio extravergine d'oliva, molto aglio e acciughe salate.
