My Ström is a multidisciplinary artistic project that seeks to reconnect us with our liquid dimension, the one that makes up about 70% of our bodies and the world.

At Les Passagees , the culinary aspect is always part of our creations: it amplifies the inner, vibratory effect of the artworks that shape our experiences.

For My Ström, two immense talents will co-create liquids to be served during the performance : Hugo Roellinger (Le Coquillage) and Willem Hiele (Restaurant Willem Hiele ), assisted by Nino Leurquin .

MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCE

On 12-18 December 2025, MY STRÖM will take us into the heart of the flows that pass through us, a plunge into the liquid matter of our being.

This immersive experience is conceived as a total sensory journey, where dance, installation, sound, live music, video and liquid matter intertwine.

Les Passagées is a creative house located across from the Saint-Gilles prison. Alongside our in-house performances, we also present a yearly extramuros artistic project. This year, for our outdoor installation, Les Passagées joins forces with Humus x Hortense, FleurAkker, and Le Monde des Mille Couleurs to create a space of connection with the seasons, the senses and the neighbourhood.

🌱 Humus x Hortense is a Michelin-starred, plant-based restaurant in Brussels led by Nicolas Decloedt and Caroline Baerten. Together they have created a culinary interpretation of the installation - flavors that resonate with its frequencies, silences, and vibrations.

🌿 FleurAkker is a floral project rooted in the rhythms of the seasons. It celebrates wild beauty, local harvests, and the subtle poetry of nature in bloom.

🌷 Le Monde des Mille Couleurs is a wildfarming collective cultivating historical herbs, edible flowers, and forgotten vegetables in sync with micro-seasons and soil.
