The agenda was well packed and it felt like we lived two days in one! ๐คฉ
During the first part of the day, some 200 industry leaders visited the Hot Strip Mill plant in La Louviรจre to see cutting-edge advancements thanks to investments and innovation. ๐ท
The second part of the day was animated by the High-Level Gala Dinner in the charming Le Palais de plume. โจ
Thanks to the singers from Musevent, the guests were immersed in a nice musical atmosphere the entire evening.
We are happy that we were entrusted with the organisation, communication and registration, accommodation, IT equipment, logistics, and overall coordination of the welcoming, field visits, and Gala Dinner.
Managing such a comprehensive event was a rewarding experience, and we thrive on delivering complete and seamless experiences with an impact like this one.

To transform the Auditorium2000 into the perfect TV studio, we carefully assembled several key elements:

๐ The technical prowess of the ADC team ensured flawless pre-production and show execution
Furthermore, this event wasn't solely dedicated to speeches; it was a blend of conference and retrospective, spanning a decade of Beobank's journey while sharing the strategic plan for the future.
In this light, we also launched ourselves in the production of a series of compelling videos that infused the talk show with energy. ๐ฅ
These videos ranged from staff retrospectives to street interviews, delving into people's expectations of a bank's services.
We pulled it off with a lot of dedication and strong teamwork, โ and we can't wait to recreate this magic again! โจ

Last December, CBC hit the back of the net and we were there to prepare for the big day.
To make this Convention less conventional, we transformed Aula Magna into the "Blue Arena" for one day, with all 800 invitees becoming part of the blue ๐ต team.
To rather boost the team identity, the invitees received sports t-shirts they could personalize and interactive bracelets they could activate to engage with the speakers.
The cherry on the top: the moderator of the Convention was the sports journalist Christine Schrรฉder!
The team and winning spirit were evident in every aspect and speech. Here is to a 2024 full of goals for the CBC team! ๐

Elia Group's teams stay informed thanks to this annual internal event they organise during a dedicated Innovation Week.
What makes it even more original is that these innovations are crafted by some of their very own colleagues! ๐ They co-create and find solutions right in-house and with external partners.
Spanning both Berlin and Brussels, we made sure that the exhibition stands could be easily transported from one country to another and easily recycled afterwards. โ
With nearly 500 participants across Germany and Belgium, it was truly a memorable experience.
On top of that, we discovered that Elia Group proudly secured the Top Employer Label for the 7th consecutive year. Collaborating with Elia is truly gratifying, as we find alignment in values and a shared commitment to enhancing our working environment. ๐ช

For the third year in a row, we took care of designing and coordinating the construction of EU's pavilion for the side events in Dubai.
๐๏ธ But that's not all! Back in Brussels, we are also managing two studios for the side events, taking care of interpretation and providing streaming on our in-house developed platform.
๐ก As sustainability is at the core of our approach, we used sustainable and mostly reusable materials, while non-reusable items will be upcycled. ๐
Happy to work once again hand in hand with colleagues from VO EUROPE, Voice Agency and SIGN Brussels and make this COP a memorable event!

Velux Afterworks
What did you do between 9 and 13 October?
We were away on VELUX's site for a week full of afterworks ๐
Almost 500 installers were introduced to new Velux products in a welcoming atmosphere where they could network with other fellows.
To add an element of intrigue and enjoyment for the participants, we had some captivating quizzes in store. ๐

On 10 September, Puilaetco, a Quintet Private Bank asked us to organise their 'Family Day' event and we delightfully accepted!
What a pleasure to set up an event that brought together no less than 300 guests (employees and their families) to visit the new office and enjoy numerous activities. ๐
Magicians, cotton candy artist, gigantic soap bubbles show, tattoo artists, VR games, bouncy castles, and minigolf among others kept the young invitees really busy while their parents could enjoy the savoury flavours offered by the diverse foodtrucks.

Elia Leadership Day
