𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 NLMK La Louvière'𝐬 "𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬" 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭!

The agenda was well packed and it felt like we lived two days in one! 🤩

During the first part of the day, some 200 industry leaders visited the Hot Strip Mill plant in La Louvière to see cutting-edge advancements thanks to investments and innovation. 👷

The second part of the day was animated by the High-Level Gala Dinner in the charming Le Palais de plume. ✨

Thanks to the singers from Musevent, the guests were immersed in a nice musical atmosphere the entire evening.

We are happy that we were entrusted with the organisation, communication and registration, accommodation, IT equipment, logistics, and overall coordination of the welcoming, field visits, and Gala Dinner.

Managing such a comprehensive event was a rewarding experience, and we thrive on delivering complete and seamless experiences with an impact like this one.

Recently, we had the pleasure to organise Elia's Leadership Day where over 600 guests gathered for a day filled with inspiration, knowledge, and connection!

The program featured a series of conferences on specialised topics and Michael Schack took the stage to ensure the energy stayed high, amplifying the atmosphere with his unique performance 🎶

Because it's more than just a partnership—it represents our shared commitment to progress, collaboration, and visionary leadership. 🙏

In February and March, we had the opportunity to support the organisation of a series of events dedicated to a rather "unorganised" topic: The Non-Organised Sport.

Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles/Officiel gathered EU delegations from all Member States to discuss this specific type of sport.

Our contribution ensured the smooth ex*****on of conferences, their broadcasting, and the coordination of insightful field visits.

Being involved in the democratic process and witnessing the decisions shaping our collective future has been impressive and we would like to share with you the insides of such an event! 👇

Elia'𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞!

We witnessed recently an electrifying three-day marathon of brainstorming, centred around the theme of "Customer Centricity." It was clear that each team poured all their knowledge and creativity💡

To ensure a smooth creative process, we carefully crafted unique workspaces tailored for collaborative teamwork.

However, can a hackathon run on low energy? Of course not!

To boost productivity⚡, we made sure to keep our participants fueled and energized. Thanks to Artfood traiteur for providing a nutritious and revitalising menu throughout the entire event!

Last but not least, thanks to our colleagues from SIGN Brussels who, in collaboration with the Elia team, designed the event's visual communication!

Beobank Belgique made the smart choice, and we were thrilled to orchestrate every detail to ensure this event was like no other.

To transform the Auditorium2000 into the perfect TV studio, we carefully assembled several key elements:

🎤 Valerie Thys was our great showrunner
🎸 Two Dots Music brought the stage to life with their electrifying live music
🎛 The technical prowess of the ADC team ensured flawless pre-production and show ex*****on

Furthermore, this event wasn't solely dedicated to speeches; it was a blend of conference and retrospective, spanning a decade of Beobank's journey while sharing the strategic plan for the future.

In this light, we also launched ourselves in the production of a series of compelling videos that infused the talk show with energy. 🎥

These videos ranged from staff retrospectives to street interviews, delving into people's expectations of a bank's services.

We pulled it off with a lot of dedication and strong teamwork, — and we can't wait to recreate this magic again! ✨

In pursuit of self-improvement and future success through collective reflection, goal-setting, learning, and growth, we lent a hand in organising Actiris' Annual Convention called "Connect".

Three words that best describe the event?

📢 : The six speakers who moderated the Convention were actual Actiris collaborators. Thanks to coaching classes, they brilliantly led the discussions and entertained the 1200 participants.

🔝 : With Actiris being an employment advocate in Brussels, we gained insight into the perspectives for 2024 in premiere!

😄 : Thanks to the 'After-Connect', attendees could enjoy music, the delicious menu of Les Freres Debekker, and participate in games.

The overall relaxed atmosphere proved that Actiris knows how to blend business with pleasure.

Organised by the European Commission in collaboration with Jeunesses Scientifiques de Belgique, our team had the pleasure of managing the Square – Brussels Meeting Centre venue, ceremonies and handling press relations.

With almost 140 young scientists shortlisted out of 500.000, the enthusiasm of the participants was evident. 😍

We are happy to support at our own level such inspiring and future-changing events.

Being around the scientists of tomorrow and discovering their projects left us admirative and confident. 👏

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 CBC Banque & Assurance 𝐡𝐚𝐬! 🤩

Last December, CBC hit the back of the net and we were there to prepare for the big day.

To make this Convention less conventional, we transformed Aula Magna into the "Blue Arena" for one day, with all 800 invitees becoming part of the blue 🔵 team.

To rather boost the team identity, the invitees received sports t-shirts they could personalize and interactive bracelets they could activate to engage with the speakers.

The cherry on the top: the moderator of the Convention was the sports journalist Christine Schréder!

The team and winning spirit were evident in every aspect and speech. Here is to a 2024 full of goals for the CBC team! 👏

Elia Group's teams stay informed thanks to this annual internal event they organise during a dedicated Innovation Week.

What makes it even more original is that these innovations are crafted by some of their very own colleagues! 🙌 They co-create and find solutions right in-house and with external partners.

Spanning both Berlin and Brussels, we made sure that the exhibition stands could be easily transported from one country to another and easily recycled afterwards. ✅

With nearly 500 participants across Germany and Belgium, it was truly a memorable experience.

On top of that, we discovered that Elia Group proudly secured the Top Employer Label for the 7th consecutive year. Collaborating with Elia is truly gratifying, as we find alignment in values and a shared commitment to enhancing our working environment. 💪

🚨 No single-use signage

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐎𝐏28?

For the third year in a row, we took care of designing and coordinating the construction of EU's pavilion for the side events in Dubai.

🎙️ But that's not all! Back in Brussels, we are also managing two studios for the side events, taking care of interpretation and providing streaming on our in-house developed platform.

💡 As sustainability is at the core of our approach, we used sustainable and mostly reusable materials, while non-reusable items will be upcycled. 🔄

Happy to work once again hand in hand with colleagues from VO EUROPE, Voice Agency and SIGN Brussels and make this COP a memorable event!

What did you do between 9 and 13 October?

We were away on VELUX's site for a week full of afterworks 😍

Almost 500 installers were introduced to new Velux products in a welcoming atmosphere where they could network with other fellows.

To add an element of intrigue and enjoyment for the participants, we had some captivating quizzes in store. 😉

2️⃣ this building used to be open only to professionals in the past
3️⃣ local authorities have transformed it into a place of "experience, culture, social and professional life, and tourism"
4️⃣ it's a place where people can discover the city's heritage
5️⃣ this freshly renovated building aims at welcoming free events, working spaces, a restaurant and a sky bar, and ensure it is a place to meet for locals
6️⃣ it hosts the Belgian Beer World

And the event was... the opening of Bourse-Beurs🎉🎉🎉

𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞, especially when it means taking over the top 2 floors of the mythical and iconic Royale Belge. ✨

On 10 September, Puilaetco, a Quintet Private Bank asked us to organise their 'Family Day' event and we delightfully accepted!

What a pleasure to set up an event that brought together no less than 300 guests (employees and their families) to visit the new office and enjoy numerous activities. 😍

Magicians, cotton candy artist, gigantic soap bubbles show, tattoo artists, VR games, bouncy castles, and minigolf among others kept the young invitees really busy while their parents could enjoy the savoury flavours offered by the diverse foodtrucks.

We love to organise events for all ages and tastes!

Sodexo Belgium knows how to combine business with pleasure🤩

The agenda of this staff party was carefully designed to balance business updates and relaxing moments for the 200 participants.

From announcing new branding during the academic session to enjoying the live music of Julie Compagnon, the DJ Set of Eric Duquesnoy and spending some time with colleagues, we could feel the good vibes all over the place.

Are you looking for a solution to align your employees' understanding of your company's mission, vision, values, and objectives?

Elia found one and organised an event to update their teams. 💪

Almost 600 persons were present at this "Leadership Day" where they discovered ongoing projects, future ambitions and met their colleagues.

A mix of academic sessions, workshops and small group exercises was foreseen together with a refreshing moment at the end of the day where everybody could exchange outdoors while enjoying the summer breeze.

Some of our colleagues just came back from sunny Paris 🇫🇷 where they successfully helped launch Levi’s Spring-Summer Collection 2024.

From coordinating the set-up of the event, the technical teams, live streaming, catering service and the transportation of the 90 guests, they made sure that hospitality and impeccable attention to detail would make this experience unforgettable 💯

Last week we immersed in a world of colourful tapestries, twinkling fairy lights, and an energetic mix of patterns and textures while at Tractebel's boho staff party💫 ✨

For one evening, the Dome Eventhall was transformed into a bohemian oasis that aimed at transmitting a cosy and relaxed ambience, and wow the result was stunning! 🤩

Invitees enjoyed a live pop-folk-indie concert with Harry 🎸 , portraits 🖼 ensured by the super-fast skills of Vincent and finally, FUNKTASTIX who closed the evening with a DJ set 🎛

Happy 25th anniversary to NLMK Clabecq!🎂 🎉

To bring some context, Clabecq is an important producer of steel plates for construction, shipbuilding, energy industries, transport and yellow goods. 💪
We are happy to have witnessed this joyful moment last week during the 2-day event we have organised for their 25 years.

🔹 Speeches and of course, some good talks, networking and live music were foreseen to celebrate the past and the future.
