The bronze kettle’s, drank brown chairs and bright candle’s light reflected perfectly the warm glow we expierence this time lf the year.

At WIELS’ Annual gala dinner,
A wave of pastel colored tomato’s brightened the entry plates.

Some hand peeled grey shrimp’s and a dash of fennel seeds made from this entry a new signature dish.

W’ve created this golden version of our dessert for
a Kataifi Nest with handpicked Belgian strawberries and marinated rhubarb.

Simple but a splendid visual and tastefull explosian of flavours & textures.
