Pancit Bihon ng lola (grandma) josephine or special pancit bihon we call it. Kompleto rekados! ♥️ Rice noodles with veggies, pork, shrimp, and chicken.

it’s a favorite! That was once also shared in japan where we started and came from before moving here in belgium. I hope you’re proud from up there lola. 🙂

• pancit bihon & lumpia bowl: serving of pancit bihon with 6 pcs. lumpia (sauce included)

• pancit bihon & pandesal bowl: serving of pancit bihon with 2 pcs. of pandesal of your choice - regular (plain. no filling), ube, ube-cheese.

• hopia only: 3 pcs. per serving - yellow or red mung beans (yes, you can mix in one order)

• pandesal only: dozen per serving - regular, ube, ube-cheese (no, you can’t mix in one order)

SAPIN - SAPIN 🥥🍚🌾

New on our dessert menu! They’re not just beautiful colors, but they’re also delicious flavors that makes our sapin-sapin extra special. Purple for ube, yellow for langka (jackfruit) and white for vanilla. Topped with toasted coconut flakes and toasted coconut curd. Enough sweetness and nutty goodness of sticky rice cake.

Something’s baking…. 👩🏻‍🍳🥖☕️

Yes, we heard you! Ceres Kusina has PANDESAL now!! We have rice, noodles, and yes a staple bread roll too in the Philippines and it’s called pan - de - sal. We love having it in the morning for breakfast, plain or with filling / spread or palaman over coffee.

Available this coming week: plain pandesal, UBE pandesal (yes with ube jam!) and ube-cheese pandesal. Stay tuned for more filling! 😊
