Je voert de boekhouding van A tot Z met steun van de business controller.
Jouw dagdagelijks takenpakket bestaat voornamelijk uit:
• Verwerken van aan – en verkoopfacturen
• Bankverrichtingen
• Loonboekingen
• Opvolgen en afstemmen van Groepstransacties
• Debiteurenbeheer
• Cashflow monitoring
• Royalty rapportering
• Andere administratieve taken
Daarnaast neem je deel aan het jaarlijks auditproces, verzorg je de maandelijkse BTW- en Intrastat aangifte en zorg je voor de voorbereiding van de data voor de jaarlijkse fiscale aangifte.
Je rapporteert aan de Group CFO.

Als marketing officer ben jij de “go-to” persoon voor alles wat marketing betreft. Enerzijds heb je een coördinerende rol voor het aanleveren van alle Point of Sales materiaal (folders, flyers, gadgets,...). Anderzijds neem je actief de rol op als social media specialist. Met jouw vlotte pen en creativiteit zet jij Deroose Plants op de sociale media kaart. Je stelt een marketingplan op, volgt de vooruitgang en het effect van de acties nauwgezet op.

Als internal sales officer kom je terecht in het Europees salesteam en ondersteun je samen met de andere collega op internal sales onze account managers in het day-to-day contact met onze klanten, dit zowel per mail als telefonisch in verschillende talen. Jij houdt de klant steeds op de hoogte van de aankomende zendingen en neemt pro actief contact op met de klanten om eventuele wijzigingen in de planning te counteren en al dan niet aan te vullen met overschotten. Je bent samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor een uitmuntende administratie.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Commerce and business development.

Je wordt tewerkgesteld als plantenversnijd(st)er in ons laboratorium te Sleidinge. Meer bepaald sta je mede in voor het verwerken van verschillende plantensoorten onder klinische omstandigheden in het labo.

Dit kan gaan van versnijden of verzetten van plantensoorten maar ook inzetten van nieuwe soorten. Deze taken kunnen met het blote oog gebeuren of met gebruik van een microscoop.

Je bent tevens medeverantwoordelijk voor plantcontroles alsook diverse labotaken zoals aanvullen van te gebruiken labomaterialen,…. Er wordt een bedrijfseigen systeem gebruikt voor het scannen van de planten en het printen van de labels.
