Yesterday, our annual Welcome Day took place at Flanders Expo! Newcomers connected, learnt about each other’s jobs, and enjoyed an inspiring talk by Better Minds at Work about how movement, sleep, and nutrition impact our brains and how we can optimise this connection to generate more energy both on and off the job.
