U zult met uw gasten kunnen genieten op gastronomisch niveau. En dat helemaal naar uw eigen smaak. Want u bepaalt hoe we uw formule invullen en wat er op de borden en in de wijnglazen belandt. Alle gerechten hebben de Franse keuken als basis maar met vrije invloeden uit de internationale keuken. Bij bereiding van de gerechten spelen we graag met methodes en texturen om u de echte smaak van haute cuisine te bieden.
