𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐧/𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤/𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭/𝐭𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞/𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐩-𝐡𝐨𝐩-𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞……

For the opening of our festival, we go back to the roots of pride. We march for visibility, recognition, acceptance. Times are changing again, and we need to show everyone that we are still here, still standing, still fighting.

We want to give everyone a chance to show themselves, and to be able to take place in the public space in her/his/their own way. We want to improve the visibility of our community in the city and dare to take the space that has been taken away from us in many ways.

No big cars, no huge party, just us marching through Leuven. We end at an undisclosed location (which we will communicate soon), for a more formal part, with speeches and a small performance.

We collect at the square in front of the station of Leuven (Martelarenplein), at 18.30.
All you have to do is show up & follow 💗

Voor de opening van ons festival gaan we terug naar de wortels van pride. We marsen voor zichtbaarheid, erkenning, acceptatie. De tijden veranderen weer en we moeten iedereen laten zien dat we er nog steeds zijn, nog steeds overeind blijven, nog steeds vechten.

We willen iedereen de kans geven zichzelf te laten zien en op zijn/haar eigen manier in de openbare ruimte plaats te nemen. We willen de zichtbaarheid van onze gemeenschap in de stad verbeteren en durven de ruimte in te nemen die ons op allerlei manieren is afgenomen.

Geen grote wagens, geen groot feest, gewoon wij die door Leuven marsen. We eindigen op een niet nader genoemde locatie (die we binnenkort bekend zullen maken), voor een formeler deel, met toespraken en een kleine performance.

We verzamelen op het plein voor het station van Leuven (Martelarenplein), om 18.30 uur. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is opdagen en volgen 💗
