It is with great joy and delight that I'm looking back to our MIF Autumn. For the 7th time in a row, we've managed to break records whether it concerns on-site grading with the PMG team or the amount of growing exhibitors and dealers: love it!

As Don Ludwig already mentioned in his review: It is great to see the entire numismatic community coming together as one and let it be an example to the world. We share a mutual passion which has no boundaries.

Beautiful lots like one the rarest polymer notes ever produced, one of the rarest commemorative notes ever made. In 2015, the Bank of Scotland issued 50 examples of this type, which was designed by 12-year old Kayla Robson, who won a competition and made the design of Pudsey holding a Scottish flag.

The note was the first polymer note for the bank, with a normal issue of the same design (but with a different back) that followed shortly thereafter for circulation. Most of the 50 pieces produced were sold in charity auctions in 2015 and 2016 with the proceeds going to BBC children in need. There were a total of 40 notes produced with serial numbers PUDSEY01 to PUDSEY40, with the remaining 10 pieces offered having personalized serial numbers to be determined after the auction.

Our Story

The MIF International Moneyfair will take place in on november 9-10 at the MECC Exhibition Center in Maastricht The Netherlands. Exhibitors, dealers, investors and collectors from all across the globe will be present during our second edition. Special features will include the limited ‘0 Euro Maastricht’ banknote and on-site grading. Catawiki, one of our main sponsor will validate coins and banknotes and will perform several live auctions.
