That marked the beginning of an engaging and challenging event production, alongside the constructive collaboration with Vivium. From the very start, there was an instant connection on both conceptual and personal levels, fostering a lasting synergy between our internal project team and the external event and production team. This synergy was further strengthened by the dedication and involvement of all suppliers, resulting in a truly heartwarming outcome for the 5th edition of Vivium Day & Vivium Digital Awards.
In just 48 hours, we orchestrated:
- A seamless event production (setup, event itself, and load-out)
- Welcoming 700 attendees within the insurance industry
- Successfully merging 2 events into 1 enriching day
- Hosting 28 insightful keynotes across 5 hours and 6 spaces

After organizing many successful events this season, it was time for our very own event 🎉 As a tradition, we conclude our event season in June with a well-deserved moment of relaxation and togetherness. Our Masters look forward to it every year, and this time it was extra special. 🌟
Our event took place in our brand-new office in the vibrant city of Ghent. Proudly situated at De Nieuwe Dokken site, our Event Masters office shone brightly. During the party, our Masters had the opportunity to explore and enjoy this new office space 😍 An evening filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of this event season.
