More than 1800 visitors, 114 booths and 16 breakout sessions – Proximus Think NXT 2024 was nothing short of extraordinary! This year, Nekkerhal in Mechelen was transformed into a 18,000m² hub of innovation and collaboration. Over two days, thousands of experts and innovators gathered to dive into the latest advancements in AI, 5G, cybersecurity, and digital sovereignty. Highlights included Belgium’s first AI artist, Marcy Cortega, who took the stage on 526m² of LED screens, and an interactive Experience Zone where 40 tech specialists showcased hands-on solutions. But that’s not all. Behind the scenes, it took 4,000m² of mesh fabric, 20km of scaffolding, 700m of truss, and the hard work of 30 hostesses, 25 Event Masters colleagues and freelancers, +100 crew members, and countless partners to bring this massive event to life. From the very start, there was an instant connection on both conceptual and personal levels, fostering a lasting synergy between our internal project team and the external event and production team.
