Today we are very proud of our manager Ulla Fenger, who received an award for her social commitment last weekend.
The "Sebastian Dani Medaille" is awarded anually by the SPD-Fraktion im Rat der Stadt Bonn for special voluntary work.

As a company with employees from all over the world, we are very happy to support the Bonn project Zosamme stonn - vun Hätze (founded by Ulla Fenger and Hans-Joachim Fandel during the covid period) in providing for Bonn's homeless citizens.

Voluntary work, especially in the social sector, is what holds our society together. We are very happy to support this from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

ESSTRAJITO - probably the best Blue Cocktail in the world -
Specially created for our 22nd company anniversary.
You wanted to know how our brand new ESSTRAJITO is mixed?

Esstrajito
1. ½ lime
2. Tea spoon brown sugar
3. Tarragon - fresh
4. Lime juice
5. Crushed ice
6. White Rum or Sprite for alcohol free Esstrajito
7. Sparkling water
8. Blue Curacao syrup (0% alcohol)

Directions:
1. Place tarragon leaves and cut lime wedges into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler and crush to release tarragon oils and lime juice.
2. Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice.
3. Pour in 5cl of rum/Sprite and fill the glass with club soda.
4. Stir with spoon, taste, and add more sugar if desired.
5. Top off glass with more curshed ice and pour Blue Curacao syrup in circles across the rim.
